o Most Recent Paystubs covering 30 Days
o Last 2 months of bank statements on all banks and investment accounts
o W-2’s for the past two years and / or 1099’s if self-employed with tax returns
o Divorce decree and child support agreement (if applicable)
o Last Year’s tax returns
o Name, address, phone number of landlord (if applicable)
o Complete copy of the signed purchase agreement
