PAA Forms are Officially Out!

We are pleased to announce important updates to the Professional Achievement Award (PAA) application process for 2025. Please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure your application is submitted correctly and on time.

PAA Application Process & New Rules:

✅ Application Submission Period:

  • Applications will be accepted Starting Monday, February 10th, through Friday, February 28th, at 5:00 PM.

✅ Ways to Submit Your Application:

  • Email Submission: Send completed applications to troupcountybor@gmail.com.
  • In-Person Drop-off: Deliver applications in a sealed envelope with your plaque to GoRealty’s front office (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Plaque Requirement for Perpetual Plate: If submitting your application via email, you must deliver your plaque to GoRealty to receive your perpetual plate. The President and PAA Committee will not be responsible for picking up plaques from members.
  • Broker Drop-off No Longer Required: Your Broker does not need to drop off the application—you, as the individual applicant, can now drop it off at GoRealty.

✅ Key Changes to the Application Process:

  1. Notary Signature No Longer Required – A Notary’s signature is no longer needed on the application.
  2. Electronic Signatures Accepted – A Broker’s wet signature is no longer required; an electronic signature is now acceptable.
  3. No More $50 Application Fee – The $50.00 PAA application fee has been eliminated!
  4. New PAA Awards Luncheon – Instead of an application fee, the Board will host a PAA Awards Luncheon for a fee of $25.00, which will cover your awards, lunch, and an opportunity to network with fellow members.
  5. Board Dues & Membership Standing – To be eligible for a PAA award, your Board dues must be paid, and you must be a member in good standing.

📎 Attached to the email that was sent to all members, you will find the 2025 PAA Application. We encourage you to review the application and submit it before the deadline. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these new guidelines and look forward to celebrating your achievements at the PAA Awards Luncheon!
