As required by the National Association of REALTORS® membership you must complete your Code of Ethics by Dec 31st.
There are several ways to take Code of Ethics:
- Click Here – NAR Code of Ethics Courses (choose Existing Members). No CE credit but it does satisfy your requirements of Code of Ethics with NAR.
- Click Here – The CE Shop – Select Continuing Education and Georgia then any of the classes with NAR ETHICS next to it – 3 Hours CE. If you complete this course you will need to send me your certificate of completion
- Also, for free, you may sign into your GAMLS http://www.GAMLS.com account and go to the education tab, click Online Education and there and find several classes to take that qualify with NAR for the Code of Ethics. Search for 3 hrs. Ethics in Real Estate. If you complete this class you will need to send me a copy of the certificate of completion.
- Lastly, the Fayette County Board of REALTORS is hosting a virtual Zoom Code of Ethics class for $35.00 on December 9th from 9:30 AM – 12:30 AM
