Join us for our annual HOMEFEST on the Square!! You will find answers to all your homeownership questions. Mortgage lenders, brokers, insurance agents, pest control companies, home warranty companies and more will be available for you.

Giveaways, food, music and kids activities too!

This year we’ve added an amateur BBQ Cookoff!! You will compete for a $200 cash prize and tons of bragging rights!! Entry fee is $50 for the Cookoff and the deadline to register is March 22.

We will also be having final judging for our first ever Fair Housing Coloring Contest! All 3rd graders from all of Troup County are competing in this fun contest. Overall winners and prizes will be awarded at Homefest!!
