I absolutely love working with new home buyers. I put my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in –depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I have been a Realtor for 13 years. My business started in Shreveport Louisiana back in 1993, than began in Georgia in 2004. I have been with Re/Max Results for the past ten years. In 2010 I earned the Leadership Academy Certification which helped me to lead as Board President in 2011. I was chosen by the board in 2013 as REALTOR® of the Year. I have served on the board since 2009 and currently serve as State Representative. I also served on the Georgia State Board on the Convention Committee in 2010 & 2011. My current certifications are ABR, CRS, SRS, and GRI. I serve on several of the Boards committees this year and I support many of the community charities in Troup County; such as Harmony House, American Red Cross, Cancer Society, Food Pantry, Clothes Closet, Camp Viola, etc.
